2 Ways -Top It Or Laugh It Away

Being insulted or treated unceremoniously regardless of the reason has a conspicuous impact in most cases. The moment you feel offended, you have certain changes inside of your body – your heart starts pounding, your limbs or head goes numb, you may start shivering, you feel yourself burning inside, and have difficulty breathing. These are the most common reactions when confronted with such a situation.Let’s see the two possible fast-result-producing ways to get over it.

1. Giving them a dose of their own medicine

As a matter of fact, it is all vital for you to get back at whosoever tries translating you being gentlemanly into a pushover. Becoming a victim in a repetitive mode of humiliation makes you nothing but a sitting duck – an easy target for even a wimp. So, pluck up your courage when glared at and look vaguely as it reflects fearlessness and believe me, it is going to burn them up eventuating in shouting at you; just then reciprocate even at a higher pitch and make them realize that shouting won’t do any good but worsen. However, remember that you don’t have to get nasty even if the behavior of the person in front compels you to contribute some swearing words – Don’t just get into their dirty slanging match. Trust me, sooner or later, it is going to make them realize their mistake. Consequently, your reaction to their insulting you remains in their heads making them not being hard on you again. And if it stubbornly persists, you now know what to do.

2. Laughing it off
This is simply not a Mickey Mouse Job, but once you grow used to doing so, you remain immensely relieved. In the event of a humiliation, the first thing is to avoid the eye-contact with the person who is in fury or rage or else you can get affected and go out of control, which shouldn’t happen if you want to play it cool. Then start taking deep breaths as in order to resist, you desperately need to do that and when you find the person done with his shouting, say it out loud that you still have no hard feelings for him/her. Then probably cracking a really funny joke do the rest to crease them up. And if it doesn’t do the trick then maybe you should give some space to that person. After a while, which could be short, it becomes no difficulty getting over it.
